Forever Warranty
Brenton USA proudly stands behind our products with a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a Brenton product fails due to such a defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This 100% transferable warranty requires no proof of purchase or product registration—because we believe in what we build.
Since Brenton USA products consist of AR-patterned rifles, please note that modifications or use with non-Brenton components may void this warranty. Exceptions are made for readily upgradable aftermarket parts—such as safeties, charging handles, magazine release buttons, and triggers—provided they come from reputable brands and are installed properly. However, key components like the barrel, handguard and barrel nut, BCG, upper and lower receiver, and buffer system must remain original to retain coverage under the Brenton Forever Warranty.
Our warranty cannot cover damage resulting from gross negligence, malicious abuse, major product modifications to key parts (e.g., barrel, BCG, receivers, and buffer), or improper maintenance. Brenton USA reserves the right to determine if repair or replacement is warranted.
Sub MOA Guarantee
Brenton USA proudly stands behind the accuracy of our complete rifles. All Brenton USA rifles are guaranteed to be capable of Sub-MOA accuracy when utilizing widely available factory ammunition, quality optics, and all requirements as set forth by the Forever Warranty have been followed. If you are not satisfied with the accuracy of your rifle, we will happily arrange for the rifle to be returned to us, where our highly qualified and capable quality and accuracy team will examine, shoot, and document the level of accuracy. Final determinations will be discussed, and a suitable solution will be agreed upon.
Special Note: Due to the variability introduced by non-Brenton lower receivers, the Brenton Sub-MOA Guarantee does not apply to standalone uppers. However, we proudly extend our Brenton Forever Warranty to cover any issues with function or reliability. Should you feel as though your upper is underperforming, please reach out to us via call or email to discuss and work through the situation.
Wear and Use Coverage
Going a step further, Brenton USA’s Forever Warranty also covers natural wear to all functional parts over the lifetime of your rifle. This includes the barrel, BCG, springs, and any original Brenton USA component included in your rifle purchase excluding the finish of the product. We understand that hard use is part of hunting preparation and adventures, so you can rest easy knowing your equipment is covered when you put our rifles to work.
